[Penang] The Twelve Cups @ Beach Street

The Twelve Cups - it's a cafe serving mille crepe cake with its unique drawing art on the serving plate. 

It was introduced by my bf and he brought me here on the day when we are discovering Penang good foods. 

At first sight, it looks nothing special to me as I thoughts it's just a normal cafe when we passed by their back door, however, I was tempted by it's drawing art on the serving plate to its customer and so we decided to step into the cafe and have a try since we are here. 

 (it's a good strategy to install glass window whereby it attract the attention from outside)

As we only have 2 pax, so we only order a tiramisu flavour mille crepe + an ice mocha 

TasteGood. But still the drawing art most attract me.

Other than cakes and coffee, it do sell some other cups & tea sets with its unique drawing.

[Selangor] 叶仁茶餐室新山肉骨茶 @ Seri Kembangan, Selangor

上星期看了< 写食人生2 > 的介绍,于是便来到这间位于 Seri Kembangan 的餐馆用餐. 不知是不是适逢母亲节和节目播出后的效果, 从 Jalan Besar 大路转弯近来就看到了人龙.

每个客人无论拿座位,点餐,付钱都涌前到柜台前

拿了号码,足足等了大概一个小时才有座位.

当了大约30的低头族,上菜啦~

锡纸篜大头虾 (4只) - RM232

看了他们介绍的其中一道招牌菜

第一个点评就是 - 贵 !!!

  平均一只虾要RM58.

味道带有甜甜的黄酒味,喝得家人脸红红,也满多肉的, 虽知大头虾是贵货, 可是价钱始终接受不了!!
( 起初点餐时想说要7只,一人一只,幸好伙计有提醒说虾是切两边的,不然买单时真的会被吓倒..
下次点菜一定要记得先问价钱 )

鸡精蒸生鱼片 - RM50 (未包括鸡精两罐 RM12)

招牌之一 !

生鱼片淡而无味,需要靠鸡精来提味

其实满好奇为什么只来鱼片

瓦煲豆腐 (本地豆腐) (小) - RM10

原本要点他们的招牌家乡豆腐, 很可惜已经卖完了

味道虽不错,就是咸了点,也许配饭吃会不错

酱爆花肉 (小) RM 16

瓦煲清炒大头空心菜 - RM15

味道清甜,还不赖
